CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Yin Yoga: A yin approach consists of holding floor adapted poses for a few minutes with the intention to relax both body and mind, exploring calmness. Yin yoga contributes to maintain and enhance the health of ligaments, tendons and fascia. It helps to re-balance a more active life style and to inhabit the body in a mindful and loving way.

Hatha Yoga by the Ocean: Grounding in the body through postural alignment of traditional yoga poses, you are guided to use the breath to ease and relax into a pose. Inspired by nature’s powerful yet spacious way of being, this class emphasizes a balanced approach of effort and ease whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yoga practitioner.
