Celine Peccatte Yoga Instructor

Céline’s enthusiasm for teaching yoga comes from her passion to guide students on a path of transformation rooted in love and self-care. Her teaching style blends structural alignment principals to ground in the body with a focus on meeting the experience of the pose mindfully.

Céline’s personal yoga and meditation practice taught her to befriend a body and mind riddled with chronic anxiety. Since then, she has been exploring the paradox of yoga where self-acceptance and transformation work in union.

In 2008 she trained as a yoga instructor in the Kripalu tradition and was inspired by many wonderful teachers of various styles such as Yin, Iyengar and Ashtanga. To deepen her meditation practice, Céline studied at Tara Mandala Buddhist Retreat Center in Colorado under the guidance of Lama Tsultrim Allione. She is currently part of a 500 hour program at the Insight Yoga Institute led by Sarah and Ty Powers. This program integrates yoga, buddhism and spiritual psychology.

Céline lives in Key West, Florida, a beautiful island where she can teach outdoors, sail and ride her bicycle everywhere; grateful for the artistic and adventurous free spirit of its community.
